HIU / Boiler Maintenance

Breakdown Servicing guarantees only last a few years. We are able to continue this maintenance cover following this period giving you peace of mind. We also support building management companies and landlords with their Heating Interface Units (HIU).

Our Standard Maintenance Package includes an Annual HIU Check and maintenance (if required).

Plant Room Maintenance

We offer regular routine maintenance of the main plant rooms, housing the main Boilers, Pumps and other associated equipment that provide the Hot Water for the Heating and domestic Hot Water requirements for complete Housing and apartment projects.

M-Bus

We are able to design, install, commission and maintain complete M-BUS systems for new-build projects and we offer m-bus solutions for retro-fit systems and upgrades.
